2. How to Pay with PayPal

To complete a purchase using PayPal, add your desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

• Review the products and quantities in your cart.
• Proceed to the checkout page.
• Review your shipping and order information.
• Select PayPal as the available payment method.
• Continue to the PayPal payment interface.
• Sign in to your PayPal account or use an available PayPal payment option.
• Review the transaction details before confirming payment.
• Complete the payment according to PayPal's instructions.

After successful payment authorization, your order can proceed through Odiagk's normal fulfillment process.

3. Payment Authorization

When you submit a payment through PayPal, the transaction must be successfully authorized before your order can be processed normally.

A payment authorization does not necessarily mean that the order has already shipped. Orders remain subject to product availability, order verification, and the applicable fulfillment process.

If PayPal is unable to authorize the transaction, the order may not be completed until a successful payment is received.

4. Payment Security

Payment information is handled through the applicable PayPal payment infrastructure. Customers may be redirected to or interact with PayPal during the payment process.

Odiagk does not request that customers send payment credentials, passwords, or complete payment card information through email or other unsecured communication channels.

5. PayPal Account Information

When using PayPal, certain payment and account information may be processed directly by PayPal. PayPal's handling of personal and payment information is governed by PayPal's own terms and privacy practices.

Customers should review PayPal's applicable policies for detailed information about how PayPal processes payment information, manages accounts, and protects transactions.

6. Currency and Order Total

Product prices and applicable order charges are displayed during the Odiagk shopping and checkout process. Customers should review the final order total before confirming payment.

The total amount may include the merchandise price and applicable shipping charges. Odiagk currently offers a $6.99 flat-rate shipping charge under the applicable Shipping Policy.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be presented according to the checkout process and applicable requirements.

7. Payment Problems

If your PayPal payment does not go through, first verify that your PayPal account or selected payment source is active and that the information provided to PayPal is accurate.

You may also need to contact PayPal directly if the issue relates to your PayPal account, payment source, account verification, transaction limits, or PayPal security procedures.

If PayPal shows a successful payment but you do not receive an order confirmation from Odiagk, please contact our customer support team with the relevant order or transaction information.

8. Duplicate or Multiple Payments

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, please do not immediately submit another payment.

Contact Odiagk customer support and provide your order number and any relevant transaction information. We will review the order records and assist with the next appropriate steps.

9. Refunds to PayPal

When a refund is approved, Odiagk will generally process the refund through the original payment method when possible.

For eligible returns, Odiagk provides a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 12 days after the return has been approved.

Odiagk does not charge return or restocking fees for eligible returns.

10. Payment and Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact Odiagk as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests are dependent on the current fulfillment status of the order.

If an order has not entered fulfillment or shipment, we will make a reasonable effort to process an eligible cancellation request.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to a shipping carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such circumstances, the applicable Return & Refund Policy may apply after delivery.

11. Payment Confirmation

After a successful transaction, customers may receive confirmation through the checkout system or by email.

Please retain your order confirmation and related transaction information until your order has been delivered and any applicable return period has expired.

12. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Review

Odiagk may review transactions when reasonably necessary to protect customers, payment systems, and the store from unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

Orders may be delayed, declined, or cancelled when there is a legitimate concern regarding payment authorization, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or other transaction-related issues.

If additional information is required to verify an order, our customer support team may contact the customer using the information provided during checkout.

13. Third-Party Payment Provider

PayPal operates independently from Odiagk and may apply its own terms, conditions, privacy practices, security procedures, and transaction requirements.

Odiagk is not responsible for PayPal's independent systems or account policies. Questions specifically concerning a PayPal account or PayPal transaction may need to be directed to PayPal.

14. Current Payment Availability

At this time, PayPal is the only payment method available on the Odiagk website.

We may add or remove payment methods in the future. If additional payment options become available, the payment methods presented during checkout will reflect the options currently supported by Odiagk.

15. Payment Support

If you have questions about completing an order, payment confirmation, duplicate charges, refunds, or another payment-related matter, contact Odiagk customer support.

Please include your order number whenever possible. Do not include your PayPal password, security code, or complete payment credentials in your message.
